By accessing or using the website supportwua.co.za ("the Site") or making a donation to West Rand United Football Association ("WRU", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About the Organisation

West Rand United Football Association is a football development organisation based in the West Rand, Gauteng, South Africa. Our purpose is to develop young football talent through proper facilities, education, and structured training programmes.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site
• Use the Site to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with WRU
• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content without our written permission

3. Donation Policy

All donations made through this Site — whether by bank EFT or card payment (via Paystack) — are subject to the following terms:

• Purpose: All donations are allocated directly to the construction, equipping, and development of the WRU Center and related football development programmes.
• No Refunds: Donations are non-refundable once processed, except in cases of duplicate or erroneous transactions. If you believe an error has occurred, contact us within 7 days at [email protected].
• Transparency: WRU commits to providing photo and video updates showing how funds are being used. Donors may request a breakdown of fund allocation at any time.
• Tax Receipts: WRU will issue donation receipts upon request. These may not be valid for tax deduction purposes unless WRU holds applicable Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) status at the time of donation.
• Currency: All card donations are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Minimum Donation: The minimum card donation amount is R10.

4. Payment Processing

Card donations are securely processed by Paystack. WRU does not store, access, or process your card details. By completing a card donation, you also agree to Paystack's Terms of Service available at paystack.com/terms.

Bank EFT donations are made directly to the WRU FNB account. WRU is not responsible for errors made during manual bank transfers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of West Rand United Football Association or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers

This Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. WRU makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date but does not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

WRU is not responsible for the content of any third-party websites linked from this Site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, WRU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or any donation made through it.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
